Our Partners

Part of the mission of the Tennessee START Assessment & Stabilization Team is to create partnerships with crisis and behavioral health entities statewide in an effort to increase communication and collaboration across Tennessee to strengthen the constellation of supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The START model refers to this as a systems linkage approach to service provision. Establishing partnerships and strengthening linkages within our system helps to increase resources, bridge gaps in service, and enrich the system as a whole.
