The Benefits Counseling Program helps beneficiaries see a clearer pathway to employment by helping them understand the relationship between employment and benefits. The program also assists Medicaid/Medicare beneficiaries understand their coverages. The Benefits Counseling Program (BCP) assists beneficiaries (SSI, SSDI) and those with Medicaid and Medicare.

Program Information

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT: 

The BCP provides individual, one on one counseling for beneficiaries. Each person's unique circumstances are vital in preparing a plan of support.

SYSTEM SUPPORT: 

The BCP supports Independent Support Coordinators (ISC's), Providers, and other Disability Professionals to provide expertise in how working might impact SSI/SSDI and other benefits..

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

The BCP provides education and training to increase the knowledge and awareness around how working impacts benefits..
