How to Join an Existing Program

If you employ a small number of employees you would like to take part in a Registered Apprenticeship program, they may be able to join an existing group.

There are several apprenticeship sponsors across Tennessee who can move your employees into a program with apprentices from other companies.

The benefits of joining an existing program:

• Smaller employers can take part in an apprenticeship program
  
• Reduces program design time while still allowing flexibility.
  
• Fewer administrative responsibilities
