Contact information for district textbook coordinator(s) and anyone who should receive information regarding the adoption subject area(s) should be submitted by August 31 of each school year by all coordinators. A submission form will be posted on this page when available.

Required Forms
The following forms are required to be submitted to the Department of Education by June 30, 2023. These forms should be downloaded, completed, and submitted by email (as an attachment) to the Tennessee Textbook Commission at Tennessee.Textbooks@tn.gov.
