Summer Programming Enrollment and Attendance Reporting (SPEAR)

In preparation for this year’s Summer Learning, STREAM and Bridge Camps, the department is excited to roll out a new application-- Summer Programming Enrollment and Attendance Reporting or “SPEAR”-- to capture the reporting requirements for enrollment, attendance and assessment scores within your districts.

The department will be enabling access to enrollment and attendance reporting application based on the start date of the summer programs in your district. To ensure a smooth rollout, the District Technology Support team will facilitate the initial setup of classes, identification of teachers that will be teaching in your summer camps, and enrollment of students. The DT Support team will also ensure access for district and school level administrators and walk through the process of managing your enrollments after the initial load.
