Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) affords insurers and the Bureau of Workers' Compensation a method of exchanging necessary workers’ compensation claims information electronically and thereby avoiding multiple entries of data into computer systems. EDI is fast, accurate, reliable and cost effective.
