42 CFR § 431.424(e) requires that states with Section 1115 demonstration programs publish their evaluation designs on their websites. TennCare’s evaluation design was approved by CMS on April 2, 2019. The document has been incorporated as Attachment J in TennCare’s demonstration agreement with CMS.
