Contract Development
A contract is drafted for each rural and metropolitan planning organization, approved research or planning proposal, or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality project and other special projects. Depending on the project and grant type, contracts must adhere to a multitude of legal, financial and Central Procurement Office (CPO) requirements. The Administration Office operates as a liaison between the TDOT project sponsors or planners and the grantee to streamline the various components to the contract development and execution phases.
