Emotional Intelligence is one of the top predictors of professional and personal success in today’s chaotic COVID 19 workplace. Aristotle put it this way – “Anyone can become angry- that is easy.  But to be angry with the right person to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose and in the right way – this is not easy.”

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a lot more than understanding anger it is all about applying the 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence.

i. Self-Awareness

ii. Self-Management

iii. Motivation

iv. Empathy

v. Social Skills

These sessions will be held two weeks apart for two important reasons:

1. The participants will be asked to focus on the personal application of the content between the two sessions, to prepare for the team and organizational applications in session 2.
