Phillip Renfroe has been the President and CEO of Community Bank in
Lexington since 2008, after having previously served as Executive Vice
President for five years. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Community
National Corporation, the Bank’s holding company.  Under his leadership the Bank received the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce’s 2010 Product Award and the 2015 Stepping Stone Award.

Phillip currently serves on the Boards for the TennesseeBankers Association and the Lexington Soccer League, Tennessee Bankers Association Financial Products and Services, and on the First Baptist Church Lexington Stewardship Committee. He has served in the past on Boards for the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, Henderson County 911, and the Tennessee Bankers Association Independent Division. 

He received the Lexington Rotary Club’s Service Above Self Award in 2020.

Phillip is an avid collector of all things related to Henderson County’s history, currently serves as the official Henderson County Historian, and leads walking history tours of Downtown Lexington in the Spring and Fall.

Phillip graduated from the University of Memphis in 1992, after having graduated from Lexington High School in 1988.  He is a 2007 Graduate of the WestStar Leadership Program.

Phillip and his wife Dachelle have three boys, Jacob, Joel, and Jack.  He is the son of Wayne and Ridonna Renfroe of Lexington.
