Annual Legislative Summaries

The annual legislative summary is a collection of brief descriptions of changes to state law in the last year and covers an assortment of topics. The annual legislative summary is helpful for keeping track of changes to state law, as those changes may have an impact on individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues and/or organizations that serve these individuals.
