Old Hickory Lake Work for Wood Ducks

TWRA wildlife officers and students from Tennessee Tech got together on Old Hickory Lake for a workday. The goal was to inspect wood duck boxes.
The group inspected more than 50 wood duck boxes to gather data on nesting success.
Officers Hunter Daniels, Hunter Spencer, Nathan Karch, Matt Brian, Michael Bobel, and Eric Anderson documented the presence of eggs and replaced nesting material when necessary.
