No planting for dove fields at AEDC this season. The fields are planted at Bark Camp Barrens WMA. You can still hunt where hunting is allowed at AEDC.
Crops planted: 40 acres of sunflowers and 35 acres of millet and wheat. Crops in good condition.
Hunt Dates: Same as statewide seasons (Season opens at 12:00 noon on September 1).
Directions: (Coffee County) - Take Exit 114 off of I-24 to Hwy. 41 south. Turn left onto Asbury Road, then onto Clifton Scott Road. Turn right onto Warren Road and Bark Camp Barrens WMA is on the left. There will be dove field signs starting on Asbury Road.
A WMA small game permit is required.

Directions: (Williamson County) - From 840, take Exit 42 South (Lewisburg/Shelbyville) on 31A/41A or Horton Hwy. Stay on 31A for 5 miles. When you reach the College Grove Town limits, take the first left on Bellenfant Road. Go about 1/4 mile and you will see the parking signs.

Directions: (Lawrence County) From Natchez Trace Parkway, exit onto Napier Road. Go south 3 miles to the Hunter Checking Station. A field road across the street leads to the dove field.
No developed dove field this year.
Crops planted : 18 acres of sunflowers, wheat, and millet.
Hunt Dates: Young Sportsman Dove Hunt Only - September 5 (6:30 a.m. - sunset). Juveniles only. Each young sportsman must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult. Open to all ages from September 7 through the remainder of the first segment of dove season.
Directions: Located off Denny Road in Wilson County.

Hunt Dates: Young Sportsman Dove Hunt Only - September 5-6. Each young sportsman (6-16 years of age) must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult. Open to all ages from September 7 through the remainder of the dove season on the entire WMA.
Directions: From Winchester, go north on Hwy. 50; turn right on Maple Bend Road and go the end of the road; you will see the field.

Hunt Dates: September 1 (noon - sunset) and each Saturday and Sunday thereafter during the statewide season. Shooting from staked positions only. On September 1, 99 staked positions will be assigned by a drawing held on-site at 10:00 a.m. and hunters must check out at the conclusion of their hunt. Successful applicants must be at their staked positions at the start of shooting hours.
Directions: (Davidson/Rutherford/Wilson counties) From Nashville, take I-24 east to Exit 64 (Waldron Rd.); turn right off the exit; turn right on Murfreesboro Rd; turn left on Fergus Road at a Clayton Mobile Homes Sales Park; go 3/4 mile and turn right on Jones Mill Rd; follow the dove hunting signs.

Crops planted : 2 fields lying side-by-side (separated by a tree line).
Field 1 (35 acres of sunflowers, white proso millet, and wheat). Crops in good condition.
Field 2 (30 acres of sunflowers and wheat)
Hunt Dates: September 1 (noon - sunset). Same as the statewide season, except open only on September 1st and every Saturday during the 1st segment of the dove season. Designated fields only and shooting from staked positions only on September 1st. On September 1st, staked positions will be assigned by a drawing held on site at 10:00 a.m. Hunters must be present at the drawing and must check out at the conclusion of the hunt. Successful applicants must be on the staked positions at legal shooting hours.
Directions: From Columbia, take Hwy. 50 to Williamsport. Cross the Duck River Bridge and turn right on Snow Creek Road. Go a few miles and turn left onto Leiper's Creek Road (this is the 1st left). The dove field will be down the road a few miles on the left. Signs will be available. Parking is in designated area. No parking on the side of the road. There will be personnel present to direct you to the parking areas.

Directions: (Maury County) - From Nashville, take I-65 south to Hwy. 50. Go west on Hwy. 50 until you reach Fred White Road. Turn right onto Fred White Road. Go down the road until you see the parking lot signs. The field is on both sides of Fred White Road just before you get to the Howard Bridge. Parking is allowed only in two designated parking lots. Personnel will be there to direct you where to park. No parking on the side of the road.
Designated fields only on September 1. The field is not staked this year. No drawing will be held.
