A life-long resident of Henderson County, Mr. Griggs has been the maintenance supervisor for Beech River Watershed Development Authority since 2007. Prior to joining BRWDA, he was vice president/general manager for Griggs Big Star from 1974-2007. Very active in his community, Mr. Griggs has served on the board of directors for the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Association of Southwest Tennessee, and governing board for the Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. He has served as president of the Henderson County Child Abuse Board and the Lexington Rotary Club. He has served as a volunteer fireman and as a member of the Henderson County Election Commission and E911 Board. He is a member of the 2004 WestStar Leadership Class and serves on its Alumni Board. Dr. McMillin has practiced dentistry in Bristol since 1981. Dr. McMillin has lived his entire life in Tennessee and his hobbies include hunting ducks, turkey and big game, saltwater, river and stream fishing. He also enjoys planting food plots and improving wildlife habitat on his hunting property in East Tennessee. Dr. McMillin is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Quality Deer Management Association, National Rifle Association and National Wild Turkey Federation. A life member of the Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Mr. Parks served on the board of directors as president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. He is a member of the Scenic Rivers Commission, is on the board of directors of the Tennessee Conservation League Foundation, has served on the Bordeaux-Whites Creek Greenways Alliance, the Governor's Council of Greenways and Trails, and the board of Greenways for Nashville. Mrs. Schuster serves as an outdoor marketing consultant, freelance writer, and photographer.
