The Highland Rim Regional Library, a state funded service, has delivered and provided reading materials to the public for nearly 60 years.

We visit our service areas once every 3 months to exchange and deliver new materials at no cost.  No fines or 2-week deadlines.  We strive to carry the latest authors, children's and large print books, and audio books.  

The Highland Rim Regional Library Center is open from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.  We observe all holidays and guidelines for operation in inclement weather according to the State of Tennessee.
