Performance Funding 2005-10 Cycle
Tennessee’s long-standing performance funding program is an incentive-based model that rewards institutions for exemplary performance on prescribed goals and benchmarks. The hallmark of this program is its periodic evaluation conducted by a panel of institutional and governing board representatives. The performance funding program has been revised five time since the 1979 pilot – in 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, and 2000.
The formation of the new performance funding cycle will work in tandem with the development of a new THEC master plan for 2005-10. We welcome you to visit this site often as the new cycle unfolds!
