District 47 - West TN - Northern
BENTON, CARROLL, DYER, GIBSON, HENRY, LAKE, OBION, WEAKLEY COUNTY, VARIOUS STATE ROUTES:
The retracing of painted pavement marking lines on various state routes will cause rolling lane closures.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-76 (US-79): Tuesday, May 14 through Friday, May 31, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.:  There will be temporary lane closures along SR 76 (US-79) between Cutlip Lane and Winston Road for soil borings.

DYER COUNTY, SR-3 (US-51): Repair of bridges over South Fork Forked Deer River. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway in a construction zone. Both lanes are open to traffic in both directions from LM 24.73 to LM 25.00 in Lauderdale County and LM 0.00 to LM 0.40 in Dyer County. No restrictions at this time.

DYER COUNTY, SR-20 (US-412): Repair of bridges over Lewis Creek. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway.
On Thursday, December 6, 2018 both the northbound and southbound lanes are open to traffic on SR 20 from (L.M. 2.16 to L.M 2.74). Temporary lane closures are possible throughout the remaining duration of the job. Construction signs and message boards are in use.

DYER COUNTY, SR-20 (US-412): The resurfacing on SR 20 from US 51 (SR 3) to near Bonicord Road extension may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment entering and exiting roadways.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-54: The grading, drainage, construction of bridges, retaining wall and paving on SR 54 from near Rison Street to near Smith Road. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway. *Speed limit has been reduced to 35MPH.

OBION COUNTY, Future I-69: Grading, drainage, construction of eight bridges on future I-69 from south of US 51 (SR 3) to south of US 45W (SR 5) will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. *Speed limit is reduced to 45 MPH through the US 51 (SR 3) portion of the project. The southbound traffic has been switched to the northbound side on SR 3 throughout the work zone, for phase 2 construction.
Restrictions: Tuesday, November 13, 2018 SR 3 has a lane shift in the north and southbound directions. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with an 11’ 6” lane restriction.

OBION COUNTY, US 45W (US-51, SR-3): Repair of 6 bridges on various routes over US 45W US 51 (SR 3). Motorist should watch trucks entering and exiting the roadway.
On Friday, April 5, 2019
bridge repairs on McClard Road, Claude Tucker Road and Mayberry Road    over SR 3 (LM-23.297 to LM-29.97) will cause temporary outside lane closures daily. Outside lane will re-open by 6:00 p.m. daily. Temporary lane closures are possible throughout the remaining duration of the job. Construction signs are in use.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-22: The repair of the bridges over Mud Creek (LM 15.71) and Chestnut Branch (15.75) will cause a lane closure in both directions on SR 22.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-43: The repair of the bridges SR 43 over overflow (LM 20.50) will cause a lane closure in both directions on SR 43.

District 48 - West TN – Middle/Southern
HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-18:
The resurfacing on SR 18 from US 64 (SR-15) (LM 17.39) to THE Madison County line (LM 30.98) may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-57: The improvement of the intersection on SR-57 and Kendrick Rd. LM 1.73 may cause possible lane closures. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-128:  The grading, drainage, and paving on SR 128 from south of One Stop Drive to south of Opel Loop. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-19 (Brownsville Bypass): The construction of an I-Beam bridge along with grading, drainage, and paving may cause temporary lane closures on SR-19 (Brownsville Bypass) from east of SR-87 LM 11.12 to west of Windrow Rd. LM 14.73. One lane will remain open at all times. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway. Speed limit is reduced to 45 MPH within the project limits.

HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-104: The resurfacing on SR 104 from Rock Milam Rd (LM 7.50) to US 412 (SR 20)(LM 16.70) may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.

HENDERSON/CARROLL COUNTIES, I-40: The resurfacing on I-40 from MM 115.31 (LM 20.31) in Henderson County to MM 120.3 (LM 0.66) in Carroll County.
Tuesday, May 28 through Friday, May 31, 7:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Intermittent lane closures on I-40 east and westbound from MM 115.31 (LM 20.31) to MM 120.31 (LM 0.66) for paving operations. Speed limit will be reduced to 60 MPH throughout the project. Weather Permitting.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-186 (US 45 Bypass) and I-40: Interchange improvements on SR 186 (US 45) north and southbound from the I-40 ramps to Old Hickory Blvd for paving and construction of retaining walls.  Widening of I-40 from just east of Exit 79 to just east of Exit 82.
Tuesday, May 28, through Saturday, June 1, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Intermittent lane closures on Carriage House Dr. westbound, right lane only to allow for construction activities. One lane to remain open at all times.
Tuesday, May 28, through Saturday, June 1, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.:
Intermittent right lane closures on Hwy 45 Bypass (SR 186) north and southbound, to allow for sign and guardrail placement.

Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 7, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:
Intermittent lane closures on Carriage House Dr. westbound, right lane only to allow for construction activities. One lane to remain open at all times.
Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 7, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: Intermittent left lane closures on Hwy 45 Bypass (SR 186) north and southbound, to allow for sign and guardrail placement.
Sunday, June 2, through Saturday, June 8, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Intermittent lane closures on Carriage House Dr., Casey Jones Ln., and Wiley Parker for paving and striping operations.
Sunday, June 2, through Saturday, June 8, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Intermittent full Hwy 45 Bypass (SR 186) north and southbound for paving and striping operations.  Only one direction to be closed at a time.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-198:  The construction of a concrete box bridge on SR 198 over Bear Creek (LM 8.65) along with grading, drainage, and paving will cause temporary lane closures.
Restrictions: Beginning April 29, 2019 there will be an 11’ width restriction and a temporary signal will be put in place. Motorists should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-223:  The grading, drainage, and paving on SR 223 from North of James Lawrence Rd to I-40 including Technology Center Drive. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-223: Wednesday, May 29 through Friday, May 31, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on SR 223 over branch for geotechnical field drilling.

TDOT Region 4 On-Call Guardrail/Concrete Barrier Rail:
Wednesday, May 22, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.:
There will be intermittent closures on I-40 westbound from MM 43.0 to MM 126.0 for guardrail repair. One lane will remain open at all times. THP to assist with traffic control. Weather Permitting.

TDOT Region 4 On-Call Concrete Pavement Repair:
Tuesday, May 28, through Friday, May 31, 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.:
There will be closures on the interchange ramp at SR 43 and Business 45 E north and southbound “on” ramps in Weakley County. Weather Permitting.

Thursday, May 30, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.:
There will be closures on I-40 eastbound from MM 94.00 to MM 95.30 for pavement repair. One lane will remain open at all times.

Friday, May 31, 8:00 p.m., through Monday, June 3, 6:00 a.m.: There will be closures on I-40 eastbound from MM 87.00 to MM 92.50 for pavement repair. One lane will remain open at all times.
Friday, June 7, 8:00 p.m., through Monday, June 10, 6:00 a.m.: There will be closures on I-40 eastbound from MM 87.00 to MM 92.50 for pavement repair. One lane will remain open at all times.
Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 7, 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.: There will be closures on the interchange ramp at SR-43 and Business 45 E north and southbound “on” ramps in Weakley County.

TDOT District 48 MAINTENANCE:
Wednesday, May 22, and Thursday, May 23, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.:
There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to repair pavement on an as needed basis.
Friday, May 24, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to repair pavement on an as needed basis.
Tuesday, May 28, and Wednesday, May 29, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to repair pavement on an as needed basis.
Wednesday, May 22, and Thursday, May 23, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on Hwy 45 Bypass (SR 186) southbound at Old Humboldt Rd. for drainage repair in the median.
Tuesday, May 28, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on US 412 (SR-20) east and west bound near Country Club Ln. for drainage and asphalt repair.

Sunday, June 2, through Thursday, June 6, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.:
There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 in Madison County from MM 73.5 to MM 68 in the east and west bound right lane for milling and paving operations.

There will be lane closures on Highland Ave. at Campbell St. north bound. One lane will remain open.

District 49 - West TN – Southwest
FAYETTE COUNTY, I-40:
Repair of the bridge on I-40 over the Loosahatchie River will cause possible lane closures on nights and weekends throughout the project.

LOOK AHEAD:
Thursday, May 30, 8:00 p.m. through Friday, May 31, 6:00 a.m.:
There will be lane closures on I-40 westbound from MM 29.50 to MM 31.00 for bridge rail replacement. One lane will remain open at all times. *Speed Limit will be reduced to 60 MPH during closures.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-18: Miscellaneous safety improvements on SR 18 at the intersection of SR 57 LM 3.90 - LM 4.30 may cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-193: Saturday, June 1 through Monday, June 3: There will be temporary lane closures on SR 193 over branch for geotechnical field drilling.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-87: Wednesday, May 29, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on SR 87 over overflow for geotechnical field drilling.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-88: The resurfacing on SR 88 from west of Key Corner Rd. (LM 7.92) to near Edith-Nankipoo Rd. (LM 14.59) may cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-209: The resurfacing on SR 209 from Foodstore Rd. (LM 13.07) to SR 180 (LM 17.16) may cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-210: Repair of the bridges on SR 210 over the South Fork Forked Deer River will cause possible lane closures through the project.
Restrictions: Monday, February 11 through Friday, May 31. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 12’ lane restriction controlled by temporary traffic signal.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55: Resurfacing on I-55 from the Mississippi State line (LM-0.00) to Millbranch Road (LM 3.56), including bridge deck repair.
Wednesday, May 22 through Thursday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 28, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: INTERMITTENT lane and ramp closures on I-55 north and southbound from Millbranch Road (LM 3.56) to Mississippi State line (LM 0.00) to perform resurfacing activities. Detours will be provided.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 MemFix 4: Replacement of Norfolk Southern, SR 57 east and westbound bridges, and repair of Park Avenue bridge over I-240.
Tuesday, May 28 through Thursday, May 30, 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. – There will be lane closures on I-240 east and westbound and Poplar Ave east and westbound.  The associated ramps from I-240 and Poplar Ave. will also be CLOSED with the exception of Poplar westbound to I-240 eastbound.

Monday, June 3 through Thursday, June 6, 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.:

There will be lane closures on I-240 east and westbound and Poplar Ave. east and westbound.  Ramps associated with the lane closures from I-240 and Poplar Ave. will also be CLOSED with the exception of Poplar westbound to I-240 eastbound and Poplar eastbound to I-240 westbound.  Detours will be provided as needed.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-4: Widening from the Mississippi state line (LM 0.00) to south of SR 175 (Shelby Drive LM 1.48)
Wednesday, May 22, Thursday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 28, 7:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.: There will be lane closures northbound on SR 4 (Lamar) of the outside lane for the purpose of staging equipment for gas utility relocation from Tuggle Road to 2700 feet south of Shelby Drive. Weather Permitting.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14: The grading, drainage, construction of concrete Bulb-Tee and I-beam bridges, signals and paving on SR 14 from east of Old Covington Pike to SR 385 will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. *Speed limit has been reduced to 45 MPH.

 

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14: Construction on SR 14 for a widening project from SR 385 to east of Kerrville Rosemark. There will be possible temporary lane closures throughout the project. *Speed limit has been reduced to 45 MPH.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14:  Bridge repair at Raleigh-Millington Exit
Wednesday, May 22, 12:00 a.m. through Sunday, June 30: The Raleigh-Millington Exit from northbound SR 14 to Raleigh-Millington will be closed for repairs.

  There will be night time lane closures on SR 3 (Shelby and Tipton Counties), SR 14 (Shelby County), SR 385 (Shelby County), SR 204 (Shelby County), I-40 (Fayette and Shelby Counties), I 269 (Shelby and Fayette Counties), I 55 and I 240 (Shelby County): One lane will be CLOSED to repair damaged guardrail.
