Rules and Regulations

Rules and rule changes approved by the board are filed with the Secretary of State following review by the Attorney General. Rules become effective 105 days after publication in the Tennesseee Administrative Register, absent a stay of the effetive date by the Government Operations Committee.

Proposed Rules

The following rule changes were approved by the Board January 30, 2009 .  Following review by the Attorney General and filing with the Secretary of State, the revised rules will become effective 105 days after publication in the Tennessee Administrative Register, absent a stay of the effective date by the Government Operations Committee.

The following rule changes were approved by the Board November 14, 2008 .  Following review by the Attorney General and filing with the Secretary of State, the revised rules will become effective 105 days after publication in the Tennessee Administrative Register, absent a stay of the effective date by the Government Operations Committee.
