If you have been in your current assignment for at least one (1) year and would like be considered for a transfer, please note the following: All current employees at the rank of Trooper, will be given 1st consideration for any initial posted vacancy. If you are interested in any of the posted Trooper vacancies, please complete the new Department of Safety Request for Transfer form. You may also obtain this form at http://intranet.state.tn.us/safety or on the "H" drive in the HR Information Corner folder. . The Request for Transfer form must be returned to Colonel Mike Walker's office, through your chain-of-command, for consideration by the Closing Date Of Transfer Consideration shown. You must complete the new form and submit it for any current and future vacant position considerations. You will be notified upon receipt of your request. Please note that any prior transfer requests will not be considered. |
