Effective July 16th New Station Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Last appointment time for road tests is 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Reinstatement Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Central Time)

  • Ticket numbers to take the knowledge (written) test may be cut off one hour prior to station closing.
  • **Please Note: This station opens 1 hour late on the 2nd Wednesday of every month to accommodate a monthly staff meeting.

Directions

From I-40
Located in East Memphis on Summer Avenue (Hwy 70) between Raleigh LaGrange Road and Elmore Road in the same parking lot with the THP and Reinstatement office. Take I-40 East toward Nashville to Exit 12 (Sycamore View). Turn left onto Sycamore View. Take Sycamore View to Summer Avenue (Hwy 70) and turn right. The driver license station is 1 1/2 miles down on the left.
