The Centennial Blvd. Driver Services Center is piloting a new system that allows you to “Join the Line” via text, phone, or the web site. The options provided to “Join the Line” are available during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If the number of people in line are determined to be the number that can be provided service during office hours, the line will close and be unavailable. You may check back later in the day or “Join the Line” on another business day.
How to “Join the Line”
Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to have time to complete the application.
Each citizen requesting a transaction must join the line separately. For example, if a driver and a family member each need driver licenses renewed, each person must join the line and start the process separately.
Standard text messaging rates may apply when using this service.
When choosing to “Join the Line” via text or voice, “Join the Line” will notify you periodically as to your wait time and will alert you when you need to go to the station.
