Specialty License Plates - Colleges

Note: Applicants wanting a personalized college plate should submit their application directly to the Taxpayer and Vehicle Services Division indicating the college preference, three choices for the configuration and the county to which the plate should be sent. The application should be accompanied with the additional $70 fee. Upon approval, a letter will be mailed to the applicant indicating when their plate will be available at the county clerk's office.
