Online Filing Through the Department's Web Site
Before you can file your returns and make payments through the department's Web site, you must obtain a username and password. This will allow you to file your return and make your payment each month while protecting the privacy of the information you provide. There is no cost for obtaining a username and password.
To obtain the username and password, you will go to the TN.gov Account Management Web site. You must designate someone as the "master administrator." This will be the person who can make any changes to the account and can designate who may file the returns. Normally, this will be the person who files your tax returns for you.
Once you have completed the registration, please print the subscriber/service agreement and mail to the address or fax to the number listed on the agreement.
