Business Tax Forms

Online Filing - All business tax returns due on or after January 1, 2014 must be filed and paid electronically.  Please visit the E-file and Pay section of our website for more information on this process.  Paper returns will not be accepted unless filing electronically creates a hardship upon the taxpayer.  Generally, hardship exceptions will include taxpayers who do not own a computer; taxpayers who do not have access to the internet; and taxpayers whose religious beliefs prohibit the use of computers and related technology.

Should you need to file a return for a transitional or prior period, please use the returns below.

Out-of-State Business Tax Return

For Prior Period Filers: If the forms above are used for business tax periods ending September 30, 2013 or before, due dates are based on a taxpayer's classification.

Old due dates are:

Classification 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D - Feb. 28
Classification 2 - May 31
Classification 3 - August 31
Classification 4 - November 30
Classification 5 - February 28

Changes to the business tax, which include due dates that now correspond with a taxpayer's fiscal year instead of its classification, went into effect January 1, 2014. The old due dates still apply for tax periods before business tax changes went into effect.
