Violations
Violations may be issued for the following reasons:
- Expired License
- Entrance - no sign display
- Sanitation - unsanitary conditions of booth, drawers, sinks, restrooms, etc.
- Unlicensed employees working in shop - issue violation to owner
- Equipment - all must be in working condition
- Employee appearance - use discretion
- New shop operating before Inspection
- Relocated shops operating before Inspection
- Any person living in a shop
- Any alcoholic beverage served In a shop
- No manager or designated manager on shop premises
- Animals in shop except seeing eye dogs and fish in aquariums in shops
- Not having covered containers for trash or soiled linens
- If owner, manager or employees are extremely rude and not very cooperative - use discretion
