Board of Probation and Parole Community Treatment Collaborative (BOPP CTC) Program

The BOPP CTC Program is a partnership between the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) and the Board of Probation and Parole (BOPP) to provide substance abuse treatment services to at risk technical State probation and parole violators in an effort to divert this population from incarceration in State prison. Administered by the Division of Substance Abuse Services (DADAS), community substance abuse treatment providers across the State are encouraged to apply to become an approved provider in the TDMHSAS/BOPP CTC Program. This combined effort is part of the Joint Offender Management Project (JOMP), a broader collaboration between Department of Correction (DOC) and BOPP.
