New Services
Recovery Check Ups
Recovery Check Ups will assist the consumer to more effectively transition back into daily life away from the support of the traditional recovery and treatment services. Conducted via telephone, if the consumer defines a need for additional recovery or treatment services during the check up period, enrollment in appropriate services can be obtained.
Recovery Achievement Report
Recovery Achievement Report gives the consumer his/her personal outcomes during the first six months of receiving treatment and recovery support services. This service is to be conducted in conjunction with the follow-up Government Performance and Results Act and will provide additional support for the consumer to maintain appropriate motivation in their recovery process.
