Description

This course is intended for new Police Field Training Officers and is designed to assist them in training new police officers by using adult learning principles and problem based learning scenario’s.  This course also teaches new Field Training Officers how to use the three learning styles when training a new officer as well as how to keep proper documentation on each new officer they train.  Ultimately this course will make new Field Training Officers more capable and confident when training a new police officer.
