TOSHA trainers provide short training programs, updates, and speeches upon request. To schedule a TOSHA speaker, send your request in writing to the Manager of Training. Provide the following information with your request:

The subject of the training or speech
The date of the event
The time of day TOSHA is to speak and the duration of the talk
The location where the event will occur, including specific directions (a map is good)
A profile of the audience (include such information as job titles, description of duties, and/or anything to help define the audience)
Approximate number of persons who will attend, if known (for some presentations TOSHA may require there be at least 15 -25 attendees)
Whom TOSHA may contact about your request (include phone number, fax number, e-mail address)

Address your request to:

Sandy Bennett
Manager of Training
Tennessee OSHA
220 French Landing Drive
Nashville, TN 37243-0659

Or e-mail it to: sandra.bennett@state.tn.us

TOSHA can make no decision on our participation in the event until the written request is received. Assignment of a trainer will be made based on their availability so get your request in as soon as possible.
