To SUBSCRIBE do the following:
Send an email to or click on listserv@listserv.state.tn.us with the following user command pasted into the body of the memo

Subscribe Tosha_Seminars firstname lastname (Ex: Subscribe Tosha_Seminars Jane Doe)

You will then receive an email from the listserv requesting that you confirm your request by replying to the message with OK.

You will then receive a second email from the listserv confirming that you have been added.

Next you will receive a third email from the listserv letting you know that you have been added with instructions on how to unsubscribe to the list.

If for some reason you change your email address, you will need to re-subscribe using your new email address.

To UNSUBSCRIBE do the following:
Send an email to or click on listserv@listserv.state.tn.us with the following user command pasted into the body of the memo

Unsubscribe Tosha_Seminars

You will receive a confirmation that you have been removed from the list.
