How to File Premium and Wage Reports via Bulletin Board System

This process is a method of transmitting an employer's wage and premium data to the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development via modem. In addition, the employer has the option to use ACH Credit to transfer the funds instead of writing a paper check.

START-UP PROCEDURES

The employer should contact the Department of Labor and Workforce Development at (615) 741-2346 to obtain a phone number and password necessary to access the department's computer.

The data MUST be transmitted using the required Bulletin Board System Filing specifications.
