This page includes several helpful tools and links to explain the procedures involved in calculating child support obligations under the new Income Shares Guidelines. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO DOWNLOAD THE AMENDED RULES and WORKSHEET TO USE BEGINNING JULY 22, 2008. FREE AUTOMATED CALCULATORS ARE AVAILABLE. THE CALCULATORS DRAMATICALLY DECREASE THE TIME IT TAKES TO DETERMINE CHILD SUPPORT ORDERS UNDER THE NEW GUIDELINES (from approximately 25 minutes to two minutes to calculate an order once the fields are filled in).
