10.9	ABAWD’S WORK HOURS DECREASE	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-3-. 44(9)	When an individual is exempt from the ABAWD work requirement due to being employed 20 hours per week and the hours decrease, the caseworker will look at the circumstances. Good cause will be determined. The ABAWD shall be considered to have met the work requirement, if the absence is temporary and the job is retained.	Glossary of Terms
