THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FIELD MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR 2 |

Copies of correspondence between the Field
Management Director 2, the county office, the Medical Evaluation Unit, and
others will be sent to the Division of Appeals and Hearings to inform the
staff of the status of the appeal.
Copies of correspondence coming from the appellant or others in the
community about the facts of the case also should be sent to the Division of
Appeals and Hearings. The responsibilities of the Field Management Director 2 may be
delegated to the Field Management Director 1. |
