The caseworker must document the eligibility and case management system in both the resource and running record sections:

 

·        The Entrepreneurial Escrow Account number.

 

·        Amount.

 

·        The micro-lending program that the participant has joined.

 

·        The method used to verify the amount.

 

·        Any other pertinent information about the account.
