OWNERSHIP OF RESOURCES |

The owner(s) of a resource is the person in
whose name the resource is listed/registered/titled. If the resource is not a type of resource
that would be listed/ registered/titled, it belongs to the person who claims
ownership. Real and/or personal
property belonging to the spouse of a relative other than a parent of an AU child
are not countable to the AU. Resources
belonging exclusively to an SSI recipient are totally disregarded in
determining the eligibility of his/her spouse and the AU in which the spouse
is included. |
