Division of Real Property Administration

The division serves to develop the State's capital initiatives and real property assets for the benefit of the citizens of Tennessee.

Real Property Administration is the implementation arm of the State Building Commission. The Division operates under the leadership of Assistant Commissioner Charles Garrett. Offices are located on the 21st and 22nd floors of the William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower, 312 8th Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee, 37243.

The Office of State Architect, Mike Fitts, is an integeral part of the Division and is located on the 21st floor. The State Architect is selected by the State Building Commission and serves as its Chief Staff Officer.
