Jennifer is an Enterprise Data Scientist for the Office of Evidence and Impact (OEI). She brings over 14 years of diverse Information Technology experience, which includes 8 years of state of TN domain knowledge. Jennifer’s primary focus is to help customers solve business problems using the best tools that provide repeatable value and enhances decision making.

Jennifer joined TN state government in 2013 as a contractor for the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC), where she was an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Sr. Business Systems Analyst on the Offender Management System modernization project. Jennifer then moved into an Enterprise Business Analyst position at STS in 2016, where she helped solved business problems for many state departments.

Prior to working in Information Technology, Jennifer served a 6-year term in the United States Air Force, Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), as an Aircraft Electrician, primarily on the MC-130H Combat Talon II, during Operations Enduring & Iraqi Freedom.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Administration with a Computer Information Systems concentration, with a double minor in Business Administration and Geographic Information Systems (GIS); and a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics with a Data Science concentration; both from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
