RESOURCE, REGULATION, BUSINESS, TRANSPORTATION, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The Resources and Regulation functional group promotes and protects the state's natural, historical, and cultural resources as well as its consumers and workers. The Business, Transportation, and Economic Development related agencies are responsible for encouraging economic activity, thereby improving the livelihood of all Tennesseans through better job opportunities.
