Employees leaving service with the department
receive an employment assessment to complete and return to Human Resources.
The survey questions the employees regarding their reason for leaving
the department and their assessment of their experience as a Finance and
Administration employee. At the end of each year, a summary of the results
is compiled and submitted to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for their
review and planning.
