Welcome to the 20th Annual Bicycle Ride Across Tennessee (BRAT)!
September 13-19, 2009
The 2009 BRAT will begin in West Tennessee at Paris Landing State Park. Check-in begins after 1:00 p.m. on the 12th. The terrain on this year's route will vary greatly each day. There will be hills, river valleys and even some flat terrain. This year’s BRAT will be less Mountainous than the past years. Expect beautiful rural Tennessee scenery and back roads, a promise the BRAT keeps every year!
Tennessee State Parks, Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Cumberland Trail Conference sponsor the Bicycle Ride Across Tennessee. A portion of proceeds from the event will go to The Cumberland Trail Conference (CTC), a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation and preservation of Cumberland Trail State Park.
