Fleming Training Center Calendar

Situated in the center of Tennessee, the Fleming Training Center (FTC) offers training, certification and technical assistance to water and wastewater systems and personnel throughout Tennessee.  
FTC is located at 2022 Blanton Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The hours of operation are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central Time.

TRAINING             

FTC offers fundamental and advanced training in water treatment, water distribution systems, wastewater treatment, and wastewater collection systems, as well as seminars designed to assist operators in obtaining their required continuing education.

CERTIFICATION            

Tennessee offers 14 types of certificates. Each certified operator possesses certain experience requirements, has a high school education or equivalent, and has scored 70% or higher on an examination. Each certificate is renewed annually. Completion of the required number of continuing education hours every three years is required to maintain certification.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE     

Technical assistance is available by the training staff. If you operate a plant or system in Tennessee, you may request an onsite visit, consult with staff over the phone, or send an email message.

FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL   

Facility is available for conferences and classes. Facility has an auditorium, large classroom, small classrooms, and  conference rooms. Wireless internet and audio visual equipment is included with auditorium and class room rental.
