The following is a list of current public notices of permitting decisions, public hearings, and rule-making activities. Public comment and participation are encouraged on all of these issues. Comments on any issue are welcome at any time and may be made by sending e-mail to ask.tdec@tn.gov.

October 15, 2009 - Plus Mark, Inc. applied to APC for a significant modification to their major source operating permit.

October 2, 2009 - Jackson-Madison County Landfill, Madison County Development, LLC applied to APC for a renewal of their major source operating permit.

Haywood Company – Plastics & Nylon Plant has applied for a renewal of their major source operating permit.
