Full-Time Student Rate**: $50.00
Exhibit Hall Only: $25.00/day

Note: Registration does not include or guarantee hotel accommodations.  Please be sure to book your hotel rooms after registering for the conference.

*Group Rate: Groups of 5 or more who register on the same P.O. and on the same day will receive a 5% discount per person on the full Early Bird or Regular registration.  Please select the "Group" type when registering online.

**Student Rate: Students registering for the conference must mail or fax proof of full-time enrollment (Undergraduate: 12 hours, Graduate: 6 hours) from their college or university within two weeks of registering, or their fee will automatically be upgraded to the standard applicable rate.  Please select the "Student" type when registering online.

Payment/Refund Information

Forms of payment accepted (U.S. Funds Only):

Personal, School, District/County, State, Organization, or Business Checks, Money Orders, and Traveler's Checks.

We cannot accept credit card payments.

Purchase Orders:

  1. Make out to TETC c/o TN Department of Education
  2. Be sure to list each registrant on the P.O. by name.
  3. FAX to (615) 532-8312 -or- mail to the address above.

Note About Purchase Orders:

Each individual must register online.  A P.O. may be used by multiple registrants, but each registrant must enter the P.O. number on their individual online registration form.  Copies of the registration form must accompany purchase orders or checks (you may print the completed form before you click the Submit button). Each form must be accompanied by payment or P.O. in order to be processed.  The printed P.O. must contain the names of each covered registration

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.  Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation. 

Email Addresses

Occasionally, we will send all registrants email messages that contain important conference information.  When filling out the registration form, please take a moment to make sure the address you've provided is accurate and is for an account to which you have regular access.

Special Accommodations

Participants requiring special accommodations or assistance (i.e.: sign language interpretation, vegetarian meals, etc.) during the conference should contact the Department of Education at (615) 532-2491 after registering.
