The FY09 Consolidated Application must be submitted electronically (via email attachment) to your NCLB consultant by the date requested by the consultant. The consultant, upon review, will submit the files electronically to Brenda Staggs (Brenda.Staggs@state.tn.us). The LEA must also submit a signed original signature sheet (page 1 of the application) to their NCLB Consultant when the LEA is ready for Team Reading and approval. Systems who have submitted their electronic application files will receive a blue field in the “Electronic FY09 Consolidated Application Packet Submitted and Approved (June 30) ” column. When a system's Consolidated Application has been submitted, reviewed and approved, the system's gold field will be changed to green. The field will remain gold until the entire application packet is approved. If the system’s Consolidated Application is not submitted and approved by June 30, the gold field will be changed to a red flag and all Federal formula funds will be withheld until the application packet is complete and approved.
