Marketing Education
Mission:
Marketing education is a program of study designed to prepare individuals for initial and continuing employment and education in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. Another mission is to build an understanding of the wide range of social and economic responsibilities that accompany the right to engage in marketing in a free enterprise system.
Tennessee DECA'S Mission
The mission of DECA is to enhance the co-curricular education of students with interests in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. DECA helps students develop skills and competence for marketing careers, build self-esteem, experience leadership and practice community service. DECA is committed to the advocacy of marketing education and the growth of business and education partnerships.
