TennCare Annual Assessment of the Arlington Waiver
The Bureau of TennCare provides oversight and monitoring of its HCBS Waiver Programs for persons with mental retardation and developmental disabilities through unannounced, on-site surveys of the waiver enrollee and the administrative lead agency’s contract service providers. Surveys will be conducted to ensure that there is compliance with federal and state regulations and waiver requirements and continual improvement to the operation of the program.
The following charts reflect the TennCare findings for the 2006 Arlington Waiver Survey. Before TennCare signs off on a report, DMRS follows up on all deficiencies with each provider.
