Site Description: Charlotte Ann Finnell Neal is a 495-acre Wildlife Management Area, located in the Valley and Ridge portion of southeast Tennessee, in Bradley and Polk Counties. The area is highlighted by areas of mature forest, recently harvested early successional woodland and an area of wetland off HWY 411.
