Registered Beauty Pageants and Operators
The Tennessee Consumer Protection Act §47-18-201 requires all beauty pageant operators to register with the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs each year. A beauty pageant operator must be registered and bonded to conduct beauty pageants.
For beauty pageants that are exempt from this law refer to §47-18-202 (d) and §47-18-205 under the Consumer Protection Act Part 2 - Beauty Pageants.
