19th Annual Tennessee Weekend at the National Fire Academy

Deadline for applications and checks is Oct. 3, 2008

You are strongly urged to please read all informational pages and complete the forms as needed for your department.  Any delay in paperwork may make you ineligible to attend.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age, Minimum of 3 years experience in the fire service

Checks MUST be made out to “NFA Tennessee Weekend”. Applications and checks must be received by October 3, 2008. Checks received after October 3, 2008 will be returned. Applications that are not accepted for admission will be returned along with the associated fees.

- Have you correctly filled out and obtained signatures on your FEMA application?

- Have you listed your 3 course selections?

- Have you enclosed your fee – check payable to NFA Tennessee Weekend?

- Have you enclosed your Rules and Regulations form and is it signed?

- Have you mailed forms to be received by the required deadline of October 3, 2008?
